Yes. The purchase can be completed fully remotely: the contract is signed digitally, and the filings are handled electronically. You can also choose to complete the transaction at our office in Helsinki.
No. A Finnish personal identity code is not required in itself. However, it is advisable that at least one board member has Finnish online banking credentials, as this allows filings to be handled electronically. Without them, some registry changes may need to be submitted through exceptional procedures or on paper. In both cases, we handle the required authority filings on your behalf.
