A new company is the most affordable starting point. An aged company comes with an established history, often including a credit rating, tax-office registrations, or an active bank account — useful when you need faster start and immediate credibility with suppliers, landlords, or partners.
Every company in our inventory is legally vetted before we list it. We review its financial history, tax standing, and register status, and we provide you with full documentation before purchase.
Selected companies come with an active Finnish bank account, and access rights are transferred to the new owner as part of the purchase. For companies without a bank account, we assist in opening a new one, a process that can be difficult for foreign buyers without local support.
The service covers the transfer of ownership, the appointment of the new board and managing director, the beneficial ownership notification, related registry updates such as the address change, and banking arrangements. Where needed, we also handle updates to the articles of association, including changes to the company name, line of business, and other company details. Additional changes can be arranged on request.
Yes. The purchase can be completed fully remotely: the contract is signed digitally, and the filings are handled electronically. You can also choose to complete the transaction at our office in Helsinki.
No. A Finnish personal identity code is not required in itself. However, it is advisable that at least one board member has Finnish online banking credentials, as this allows filings to be handled electronically. Without them, some registry changes may need to be submitted through exceptional procedures or on paper. In both cases, we handle the required authority filings on your behalf.
